Greetings Members,
I hope this
message finds you well and enjoying the summer season. As we look forward to exciting
events ahead, I want to share reminders regarding our photocircle.
As summer draws to
a close, excitement is building for our upcoming events.
Whether you are a
long-time participant or joining us for the first time, your enthusiasm and
involvement are what make these occasions truly memorable. To ensure everything
runs smoothly, please take note of the guidelines and opportunities to
contribute, especially as we aim to preserve the highlights of our time
together.
We encourage
everyone to participate fully and help us capture the memories that make our
gatherings special.
One of the ways we
celebrate our shared experiences is through photos—snapshots that capture
laughter, camaraderie, and the spirit of our community. As we are preparing to
gather once more, we invite you to help us document these cherished moments.
Your contributions to our photocircle collections not only preserve our stories
but also allow future members to look back on the traditions and joy we share.
August is up on us
and the National Convention and Learning Academy is approaching fast.
To make the most
of this event, we kindly ask everyone to upload their photos to our Photocircle
platform. Organizing images not only helps us curate meaningful albums but also
ensures that no memory is overlooked. Whether you have just a few photos or a
trove of photos, every contribution paints a richer portrait of our community's
journey.
To facilitate this
process, we have set up an organized system for photo submission. When
uploading your images, please be mindful to select the appropriate category or
event. This small step will greatly assist in keeping our archives well-ordered
and easily accessible for everyone. If you encounter any difficulties or have
questions about how to upload or categorize your photos, resources and
assistance are readily available.
To ensure a
seamless experience, we have introduced clearly labeled circles for each
event—such as the 2025 National Convention, 2025 Western Conference, 2025 Circle
of Excellence, and 2025 special gatherings like Patriotic Prade celebrations.
Each event will have the year in front of the title. Taking a moment to assign
your photos to the correct circle will streamline browsing and enable everyone
to relive their favorite moments with ease. We rely on your attention to these
details to make the photo archives as welcoming and user-friendly as possible.
We also encourage
everyone to include a brief description or note with each photo, if possible.
Captions can provide valuable context—such as names, locations, or a short
reflection—that brings each image to life and helps preserve the memories for
those who might not have been present.
For the upcoming
National Convention, your proactive involvement is especially valuable. As you
capture and upload your images, please feel free to reach out if you have
questions about the process—clear instructions and personalized guidance are
available to ensure everyone can participate smoothly.
Remember, every
picture contributes to a greater narrative. Whether it is a group photo from a
main event, a candid moment between friends, or a behind-the-scenes detail,
your images will enrich our historical record and strengthen the bonds that tie
our community together.
It is a
significant help if you can put your pictures in the correct circle and I thank
you for this making the webmaster and historians’ job easier when we are
looking for pictures.
We encourage
everyone to take an active role in making this year’s photo collection truly
exceptional. Every picture you share helps deepen our connection as a community
and highlights the spirit that makes our gatherings unique. Together, we will
ensure that future generations can look back and feel the same sense of pride
and belonging that we experience today.
If you are not
sure how to place the pictures in a photo circle, please contact me if I have
made up a paper on the steps. If you were at the Academy they were in the
Historian handouts.
