Hello Oregon VFW Auxiliary Members

I attended two of the three Training Academies and enjoyed seeing the members, presentation of the information and the new way of presenting the programs. It does a body good to change the way things are done to keep others interested. Please pass on the information to your members. It would be nice for all of you to get in contact with ALL OF YOUR MEMBERS, including the life members and the ones that don't attend meetings.

By keeping in touch you will find out if your members are still alive and not have to wait until the end of the program year to remove them from your rolls.This will give your more time to recruit, recruit, recruit. Remember, they paid to belong. They should be informed of what you are doing.

Mentor your members on how to fill out reports and what the importance of these reports are for this organization.

The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
