Founded in 1914, the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Auxiliary has proudly stood beside America’s veterans for more than a century. Our mission is simple: to honor the service, sacrifice, and commitment of every man and woman who has worn our nation’s uniform by supporting them, their families, and our communities.
Our members are relatives of U.S. service members who served in foreign conflicts, and together we form one of the nation’s oldest and most dedicated veterans’ service organizations. With nearly 480,000 members across more than 3,500 Auxiliaries nationwide including several overseas, we volunteer millions of hours and raise millions of dollars each year to support veterans, active‑duty military, and their families.
