Buddy Poppy
Hello Brothers and Sisters,
I hope that this season treats everyone well. Some have had their District meetings, and some are still coming. I hope that as many members as possible attend, this is a time when we come together and share ideas.
Here is the last category of the Buddy Poppy contest:
CATEGORY 3. Artistic or Decorative Use of Poppies (Post Home displays, table centerpieces, corsages, pictures, plaques, models, scenes, hats, novelty pieces, etc.) (a) Any display not meeting the qualifications for Categories 1 or 2 shall automatically be entered in Category 3. (b) At least one (1) of the poppies used in the display must be in its original form and color, with a label attached.
Remember that "Buddy" poppy items can be purchased from the VFW Store, such as bookmarks, pins, and other prefect presents.
